FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who is behind Vyntage?

Vyntage is an editorial wall art studio focused on minimal composition, directional light, and restrained tonal control. Each collection is curated with intention and built to sit quietly within modern interiors.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout.

Do colors look exactly like they do online?

We carefully calibrate images for accurate representation, but slight differences may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

The tonal intent and color grading remain consistent with the product imagery.

How should I frame or care for my print?

We recommend framing behind UV-protective glass or acrylic.

Handle by the edges to avoid surface contact.

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high humidity.

Can I return a print?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and print. We will make it right.

Due to the made-to-order nature of the prints, returns for preference or sizing are not typically accepted.

What type of paper are the prints made on?

All prints are produced on premium 310gsm fine art matte paper using archival pigment inks. The paper has a soft, natural texture with excellent tonal depth and detail retention.

We prioritize material honesty — no glossy coatings or artificial shine unless specified.

Are the prints archival?

Yes. We use archival pigment printing processes designed for longevity when properly framed and displayed away from direct sunlight.

Are the prints framed?

Each product listing will clearly indicate available options.

Most pieces are available:

  • Unframed

  • Thin black aluminum frame

  • Thin natural oak frame

Frames are minimal, gallery-style, and selected to complement the artwork without distraction.

What sizes are available?

Available sizes vary by piece but typically include:

  • 18×24
  • 24×36
  • 30×45

Larger sizes create stronger architectural presence. Smaller sizes work well in pairs or grid arrangements.

How are the prints shipped?

Unframed prints are carefully rolled in protective material and shipped in rigid tubes.

Framed pieces are securely packaged with corner protection and protective wrapping to prevent damage in transit.

How long does production take?

Each print is produced to order.

Typical production time: 3–5 business days.

Shipping time depends on location and selected method.

Do you offer limited editions?

Select works may be offered in limited quantities. When applicable, the edition number and total run will be clearly noted on the product page.

Most pieces in Volume I are open editions.
